Shipping Policy
We aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you'll find our shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and everything else you need to know.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you're shopping from outside Australia, your bank or card provider will convert this to your local currency at checkout, based on their current exchange rate.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll happily arrange a replacement or refund.
We don't currently accept returns for change of mind, so please double-check your order details before checking out.
